We have one of the leading SonicWall Installation and Support teams in the UK and have been providing support for SonicWall customers since 2003. All engineers are SonicWall CSSA Certified and have undergone DBS Enhanced checks as part of our security clearance.

Our 12 Month Managed Support Contract Includes:

  • A Dedicated Lead Engineer and Account Manager Assigned to you
  • Unlimited email, telephone and remote support in business hours
  • 24/7 Alerting and monitoring with after hour break fix for priority 1 issues
  • Any changes or updates to configuration
  • Firmware upgrades
  • Regular backup of your configuration
  • We manage your Warranty Replacement with SonicWall to ensure speedy replacement
  • We Manage your License renewals to ensure you have the best options technically and financially
  • Management of Fastvue reporting if deployed
  • Site visits can be booked at a discounted rate, when required
